DuskStay collects the minimum information reasonably needed to answer travel requests, prepare plans, coordinate bookings and support confirmed travelers.
Information you provide
This may include your name, email, WhatsApp number, travel dates, traveler count, budget, preferred cities, accommodation needs and the message you submit.
Information collected automatically
The site may record the page used to submit a request, referral source, campaign parameters and basic technical logs needed for security and delivery. The free planner and Arrival Card can use browser local storage; that data remains on your device unless you submit a form.
How information is used
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare requested plans, check availability, coordinate providers, deliver support, prevent abuse and maintain necessary business records.
Sharing with providers
Relevant information may be shared with a hotel, licensed travel company, transport provider, interpreter or other provider when necessary to quote or fulfill a service. We do not sell traveler contact data.
International processing
DuskStay serves international travelers and works with providers in China. Information may therefore be processed in a country different from the one where you live when needed to answer or fulfill your request.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, booking, legal recordkeeping, dispute handling and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely risk free.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information DuskStay holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from non-essential communications by emailing [email protected].
