These terms explain the general rules for using duskstay.com and requesting DuskStay planning, accommodation and local-support services.
1. DuskStay's role
DuskStay provides travel information, itinerary-planning services and customer coordination. Accommodation, transport, guiding, activities and other travel services may be supplied by independent hotels, licensed travel companies or other providers. The responsible provider is identified in the relevant quotation, booking confirmation or contract before payment.
2. Website information
Travel rules, schedules, prices, opening hours and booking procedures can change. We aim to distinguish stable guidance from time-sensitive details, but travelers must review the final confirmation and recheck important official requirements before departure.
3. Personal itinerary services
The scope, price, delivery time and included revision for a DuskPlan order are shown before payment. Planning is based on the information the traveler supplies. Live availability and supplier reservations are not included unless the confirmation says otherwise.
4. Third-party bookings
Third-party services are subject to the provider's availability, contract, cancellation policy and operating conditions. DuskStay will present the responsible provider and relevant terms before payment and may continue to assist with communication and coordination.
5. Prices and payment
Prices may be shown in USD or CNY. A quotation states what is included, excluded, how long it remains valid and which entity receives payment. Bank, card and currency-conversion charges may be outside the quoted amount.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
The applicable change and refund rules are provided with the order or supplier confirmation before payment. Where a third-party service is involved, that provider's cancellation terms apply. Contact DuskStay promptly if travel plans change so available options can be checked.
7. Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas or entry eligibility, insurance, health needs, lawful conduct and providing accurate booking information. Travelers should not rely on DuskStay content as immigration, medical or legal advice.
8. Support
Active DuskStay bookings receive the support channel stated in their confirmation. DuskStay support helps coordinate travel services but does not replace police, medical, fire, consular or other official emergency services.
9. Acceptable use and content
Website content and tools are for personal travel planning. Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site excessively or republish substantial content without permission.
